A certificate
of insurance demonstrates evidence of an insurance policy. This
document provides no coverage to the certificate holder and rarely
guarantees that the certificate holder will be notified if there
is a policy cancellation.
Instructions on Delivering Certificates
You may use the Certificates Now system to process your company’s certificates:

You may also fax in the SIIC Certificate Request Form and your representative will process the certificate for you. Please allow up to 7 days for the certificate to be processed by your representative
